Does Charlie think he needs to make changes, or does he feel he's on the right track? If he does think changes are needed, where is he looking? If not, will there be a power struggle? Is status quo on the table as an option for 2016?
I tend to think Charlie must be happy with the progress on offense, and we know the defense is his baby. I'm not convinced he sees the need to alter course.
