I posted a similar scenario in another post, but considering Ewers has had two bad performances since coming back from injury, to me this is quite a dilemma for Sark.
On the one hand, Sark has said Ewers is the starter, but he can't ignore what's happened these last two games. I'm sure he wants Ewers to finish strong and go Pro in the 1st or 2nd round, but it seems that ship may have already sailed unless he bounces back strong.
On the other hand, you have Manning who is the better athlete, gives our team more of a dual threat and more accurate deep pass, yet not as much experience against better defenses.
We can still win it all, but damn, not if Ewers continues to regress. So, do we ride Ewers no matter what or do we get Manning experience now that will pay off in 2025?
I'm glad I'm not Sark right now.
