Im looking to build a house in Central Austin.
Nothing too too fancy. 3000 Sq Ft Total - with 1000 being basically a basement (one large room) - 400 is a detached garage with a garage apt on top.
Bids so far are 1.8M, 2.29M, and 1.75M. I already own the dirt outright.
If this was a spec home - I would lose my shirt.
Any builders people recommend are welcome.
