I am watching homes for sale on Coronado as my wife and I are contemplating buying a place there. A place just popped up that is obviously owned by a Texan and a UT grad. Anyone wanna claim to be the high-roller who owns this place? The place is very nice but way too big and expensive for what I am looking for.

Sweet old Bronco in the garage though.
