The Manning family is obviously very football savvy. They aren't going to let the kid come to a dumpster fire like Texas. In fairness, he should tell the Texas coaches when he gets back home that he's scratched them off of his list.
If I'm Sark I find some way to recruit some 2nd and 3rd string OLineman and DLineman from Bama and Georgia via the transfer portal immediately after the season ends. Those guys are bound to be a hundred times better than what we have now.

Nope, Klubnik was all Texas if you guys would have pursued him. Texas made their choice and it won't be a good one. I said then that I would have taken Klubnik any day. I like Weigman better, but Klubnik was a close second. I think he is going to be a stud. Ewers wasn't really looking at SEC schools as hard. Arch is an SEC kid. That is not a slam, but that is just where I think he ends up.

You act like you know all of this first hand how each kid was recruited and who did what right and wrong. Gimme a break. There is a chance that Weigman goes baseball and never signs with a&m. Have you even considered that?

I can't see Klubnik changing his mind with Clemson O struggling and their QB1 not show he can be beat out in competition.

I agree you don't know what you have, but Klubnik looked really good and he was right in your backyard. He has shot up the rankings this year based on play and Murphy has gone down in rankings based on play. It's fair to say though that we don't know the full picture yet. I was simply referring to the poster that just assumed I was making an SEC claim on Arch. I just think that is where he is headed, and it was no slam on either of your quarterbacks you have recruited or that are currently on your roster.
I don't mean to come off that way. I do know Klubnik would have loved to have gone to Texas. I do have some inside information on him. Ewers I don't have anything on, but he really never visited any SEC schools and everything about him was Texas and Ohio State for the longest time. I have considered Weigman for baseball but I have heard many time from insiders that he is a lot like Kyler Murray in that he really loves football and wants to pursue that. Money can always talk and anything can happen, but everything I have heard suggests football is his first love. I will always own up to being wrong though.
