Why Big10 Refs?

Simply horrible officiating today with major impacts on the game.

Crew conference affiliation is selected to deter against bias, whether real and/or perceived.

So, why were Big10 refs selected for this game when the winner would be playing a Big10 team (Oregon or OSU)...and it's obvious they'd prefer not to play Texas.

Should have been ACC refs, imo.
