I'm trying to understand the viewpoint of people that don't accept the scientific consensus. To me, it's incredibly straight-forward.
1. The greenhouse effect exists.
2. CO2 is a greenhouse gas.
3. Fossil fuels emit CO2. Approximately 32 billion metric tons of total global emissions per year (2012 data).
4. CO2 concentration in the atmosphere is rising.
5. Global temperatures are rising.
So where in that logic chain do I lose you?
