What are the specific complaints against NC? I know we have the part of the law that says men must use the men's room and women must use the women's room. However, that's the law in many places that are not being boycotted. Houston, just recently shot down a law aimed at allowing folks to use whatever restroom they wish and people arn't boycotting Houston.
There is also part of the law that doesn't add homosexuals or transgendered as protected classes when it comes to discrimination. I thought that was a matter for federal law. What does federal law say about homosexuals and transgendered regarding discrimination?
Does the NC law have any real meaning outside of which bathroom folks can use? And are people really boycotting over this? It seems to there are genuine problems with allowing men to use women's reatrooms and the matter is hardly settled as to who is right and who is wrong.
