No I'm not for it but just seeing if there would be a threshold for some that If crossed they would consider it. Let's say on a temporary basis to be lifted at a later time
I'll list a couple scenarios for discussion
Scenario 1. Another 9/11 type attack planned by a terrorist organizations.
Scenario 2. Multiple organized terror attacks on home soil that can be directly contributed to Islamic radical terrorist organizations (say 3-4). Within about a 6 month window.
Scenario 3. Intelligence surfaces with 80% confidence that ISIS or equivalent has obtained a dirty bomb
Scenario 4. Some sort of WMD is detonated/ released on US soil.
Scenario 3/4 Is where I would start to listen to plans. Not saying I'd be for it but that's a scary situation
