No one should have their hand on the scale of free speech - let everyone say what they want - it's up to each individual to use critical thinking and decide what they believe - that's not the job of the government.
In fact, the government has an absolutely shitty track record of being right, more often than not they make things worse, provide the wrong guidance and or policies.
The people coupled with free speech & free markets will make better decisions than the ruling elite and the insane ineffective/ignorant bureaucracy.
