I'm hesitant to post this, but i thought it was too good not to.. plus it has now gotten me involved, kinda. i got a phone call earlier from a friend wanting me to pick him up at a local long john silvers. he told me he was in trouble and had just been fired. i asked him where his car was and he told me it was a long story. heres the story for those interested.

My friend works at a local jewelry store as a sales associate. the manager at this jewelry store is very attractive ( sorry no pics ). she actually looks very much like kate beckinsale and knows it. i've been in there on occasion. she is always flirting and doing things to get attention from guys. my friend has been working there for a little more than a year and she has been there just as long. the whole time they have worked together she has flirted with him and led him to think she wanted him ( so he says ). he has always flirted back, but never really pursued it because she is married ( to a pretty big guy in the military ) plus he is kind of shy. about a week ago she bent over in front of him and pressed her a** against him and, he says, turned and smiled at him. he also said she had been mentioning how she always fantasized about doing "sexual things" at work.

well today he decided to act on what he thought she wanted. apparently she didn't want what he thought she did. he was fired on the spot, security was called, and he was escorted out. he forgot his car keys and the manager wouldn't let him come back in to get them. she told him she had called her husband and he was on the way. my friend ran about a mile and a half to the long john silvers and called me. the poor guy is scared sh*tless and doesn't want to go home or to get his car ( it's probably been towed ). he is currently in my living room watching t.v.

i really have no idea what to do or say. he shouldn't have done what he did and i can't blame the husband for wanting to mudhole him. i know he obviously should just face up to what he did, but he's so embarrassed and scared i know he isn't. what would any of you do in this situation?

Too tough to assess the situation without further evidence.

Re: A friend of mine

I know he's your friend and all, but what if the big bad military boyfriend finds out where he's at - and the next thing you know this is all going down in your living room?

I'd help him develop a quick plan which definitely would include an exit from my house, and wish him well.

Re: A friend of mine

He must have made a pretty strong move on her if he is that scared. Guy needs to get his car, go home and find another job. I seriously doubt her husband is going to risk his freedom and career by coming after him at his house. I guess it all depends on how far he went with it. If no police were called I doubt it was all that serious. Funny story though.

what i do for a living is kind of keeping that from happening.
