I confess, I've never heard of this golf rule, but apparently one cannot get or give advice to another player during the round. Just saw on the Golf Channel that Koepka's caddy was accused of giving advice about what club Koepka was using. Supposedly there is overwhelming video evidence that this occurred, but the officials say that Koepka will not get the two stroke penalty.
Gotta wonder if this will be a big controversy should Koepka win by 1 or 2 strokes?
