I was watching PBS Nature with my son last night. It was about the Ocelot population in South West texas. It was really fascinating hearing about the struggle to try to grow their population. Most of the population are located on East Foundation and possibly King Ranch, but they don’t actually know how many might be located on private land.
The other cool thing was seeing what conservation did in Mexico for big cats.
Anyway, I thought it was a cool episode. I’m sure there are folks on this board with more information.
