OT: Are you a “diner” breakfast fan? If so, what’s your favorite breakfast diner?

You know — the classic 2 or 3 eggs, choice of bacon, sausage or ham, hash browns or grits, toast or biscuits, etc.

One of my favorites is Monument Cafe in Georgetown. Blue Bonnet Cafe in Marble Falls too, but it’s been a good while since I’ve been there.
