I'm excited about Herman. He will make a difference because, among other things, he will make this team tough. Consider penalties. Based on ncaa.org stats, he significantly improved Houston when he took over for Tony Levine after the 2014-15 season, while Texas significantly deteriorated under Strong when he took over for Mack after the 2013-14 season. Is there a better measure of mental toughness?
