I’ve debated with @deronjohn where I say it doesn’t exist. I see racists like @Ace Boogie! make all sorts of bizarre posts claiming it does. I’m starting to come around a bit that it may exist on some level, but my definition may not meet the narrative.

If white privilege means I grew up in a two parent household, then, yes, I experienced white privilege.

If white privilege means education was ingrained in me from day one and anything less than a college degree was unacceptable, then, yes, I experienced white privilege.

If white privilege means it was taboo for me to get a girl pregnant out of wedlock, then, yes, I experienced white privilege.

If white privilege means it was expected I get a job after graduating, before I got married, then, yes, I experienced white privilege.

If the black community would ingrain these simple truths into their children, while using the institutional benefits they are afforded simply because they are black, we would start calling it “black” privilege.
