You probably said the same thing about Baker when he replaced Bo Davis and look how that has turned out. Yes there was juicer names like Samples from Oregon or the Baylor running back coach. But he did turn a tight end into a running back to give them a 1000 yard rusher as a freshman and now will be playing for Ohio State next year.

I didn't say that. In fact, I didn't comment at all.

I just don't see the pedigree with this guy. He's put no name brands in the NFL. He hasn't lined up across from consistent run stopping teams, week in and week out, and produced anything that makes your eyes pop out.

This is worth watching. Not bad for a low budget documentary about Vince Young.

I believe Vince Young was the greatest college football player ever, and I’ll feel that way until the day I die. He was so transformative. Despite his personal demons and shortcomings, he was actually even better than we thought.

I don’t think we’ll ever see another college player like him.

I still remember so many of those ridiculous plays he made during that championship season.

That's the one downside of making it to the final four of the playoffs two years in a row... everyone wants your coaches. The other side of the coin is that any coach who has ambitions of moving up the ladder should want to be part of Sark's coaching tree. He should have his pick of the litter similar to what Saban had. I hope he replaces them well.

My all time favorite play - the year before Natty, at KU, and the Longhorns can't get out of their own way. An awful performance and monumental upset in the making. Facing 4th and 18 about a minute to go, Vince saves the day with a 19 yard run. I'm convinced that without that play, they never would've won it all the next year given the negativity towards Mack and the positive confidence that came from beating Michigan in the Rose Bowl. No doubt - when it comes to CFP, Vince is the GOAT.
