In the master will replace shower, tub, vanities, and tile.
In other bathrooms will replace tile, vanities, and shower tub with walk in seamless glass showers, tile, vanities,
Kitchen- counters, vent hood, cabinets are good just need repainting and some custom storage updates, sink
Laundry Room- replace utility sink, build platform for w/d, cabinets.
Also one whole bank of 4 window casement needs to be replaced in the kitchen that includes plantation shutters.
What can I expect to spend? Or at least, what is your guess?
House is 30 years old and it is time.
