Back in the summer I said the SEC was a bunch of fags. Now some of those teams LSU, Tennessee, and others are punks. If we get over the Georgia hurdle we can be the dominant team in the SEC in just our second year.

But the Big X may become the number one conference now. They've won the last 2 nc. Ohio State and Oregon are going to be around and Michigan should be better. Washington was in the title game last year. Indiana was in the playoffs. In fact they had the most teams in the playoffs.

Nothing can change the fact they beat us and won the title they were the better team. Beating them in August won't change that. They are now the number one conference.

I’m sorry, but we were better than OSU and should’ve won that game. 2 dumb fluke plays. Otherwise we’re beating ND for the ship.

And just like every other conference, the B10 is a couple of teams and a bunch of average.

Just like the SEC. Just like the B12. Just like the ACC.

I’ve always said the SEC is overrated. No better than every other power conference. Every year they have a couple teams on top, a couple teams on the bottom, and the rest are mediocre. They’ve always played crappy OOC schedules, and tried to justify it by talking about how just playing in conference is a grind. It was a joke then and a joke now. I care about as much about the rest of the SEC as I did the B12; which is none. Texas can make the playoffs every year, regardless of conference affiliation. We just have to win.

Blue Bloods and New Bloods will always find a way. It may not be all 12ish of them, but it will be half of them. And then mix in a few schools in P5 that are a few tiers down and if they get the right coach they can rise up, especially with the portal...a la Arizona St. When their coach leaves, so does their program until they get another home run hire that wants to move up

But they won 13 ncs in 17 years. And they always dominated in bowl games even in the lower level ones. That's where their reputation came from.

And it always seemed like they hired good coaches. Not so much now. The Auburn coach isn't going to make it. Kelly never won an elite bowl at ND and he won't do it at LSU. Venables will be gone next year and so on.

They're not dominant in bowl games anymore. Mississippi proved you don't have to have an elite team beat Georgia now. And I never thought I'd see the day where Vanderbilt would win their bowl game and Alabama and Georgia lost theirs. In the same year 😂

And if Vanderbilt beats Alabama again Kalen DeBoer will be shot on sight.

I agree we were the better team. They had good coaching. Those 2 PI in the endzone were TD passes by Quinn, but the OSU guys were preped to tackle our guys early if they were beaten.....they did. If we were not smart enoughg, or tough enough to score from point blank range, then that is on us......but we were at the point where we could drive on them all day. No way we do not win that game in OT
