Do they get formal end of year evaluation's? Do they get unemployment benefits if cut? Is there an appeal0process if they get cut? Do you have to post the open position like any other state employed position? How does the position grade compare to other state employees (think professors)? Does the employee base need to reflect the racial makeup of the community?
