Hardest worker--Kelvin Banks, he is just really intense with his workouts,really mature and focused,him and Byron Murphy dont ever slack up.
Most improved--Barren Sorrell,he really put in the work over the summer,also Neto has stepped up his game,
Who will surprise this year-- AD Mitchell, he can do some things most people just cant do,just a natural athlete,makes everything look easy. Cook looks great also but Mitchell has the wow factor.
What about Neyor? He is back at full speed,he is a guy that just gets open and then makes the catch,very slippery and a big time downfield threat,And Worthy is just a better version of himself which is NFL caliber.
