SCOTUS said that cities can ban homeless camps, even if the homeless have no other place to go.

While you can feel for the homeless that truly have no options, you just can’t let them camp any damn place they want. It can be unsanitary, dangerous for them or others, crest eyesores, and greatly take away people’s ability to enjoy or even use their own property.

I also think that allowing them to camp anywhere just encourages them not to seek help. Just pitch a tent somewhere on public property near
