ACA is turning into a disaster

Need individual coverage next year and the only options are BCBS and Sendero. Have never heard of Sendero and the few reviews I've read don't give me any comfort. BCBS used to be top-notch but the only offer HMOs in TX at extremely high monthly premiums. Anyone trying a regional option in Austin that I haven't heard about or any other options not shown on the healthcare.gov website?
