This just in... This is Herman'S FOURTH season. All of the players in his first two recruiting classes are seniors and juniors.
If one team is better prepared for this season because of having a bunch of older players on it.... that sounds like something that should fall on the shoulders of the head coach with a team full of his own players.
This is where development issues and needing three years to know that firing 7 coaches was needed come into play.
