From the days of our earliest post-game shows from nearly a decade ago to our NIL deals with nearly a dozen UT athletes two years ago to this week's Monday Overreaction Show, our long-term goals have centered on creating the type of daily video content that elevates what is possible on a Youtube channel like ours.
The hope is that today marks the beginning of a new era on "Orangebloods Live", which is the rebranded name of our Youtube channel, which beginning on Wednesday will feature 9 hours of live content each day from 8:00am-6pm central.
Our first show "The Old Fashioned Sports Show" with Anwar Richardson debuts at 8:00 this morning and will operate live each morning (Mon-Fri) from 8:00am-11:00am.
The second show will debut at noon on Wednesday and run from 12:00pm-3:00pm.
The third show will debut at 3pm on Wednesday and run from 3:00pm-6:00pm.
In an effort to have a little fun in making the announcements, we're going to wait to release the names of the two afternoon shows and those that are involved as part of live unveilings at noon and 3:00pm, respectively. One question that I can answer as we head into both of the unannounced shows is that there are names involved in our project that will be new to Orangebloods... names that will be familiar... but not names you have seen on previous shows that we've done.
What does this mean for UT athletics/SEC football/general sports fans who are looking for live content? It means that we'll be brining you more than 180 hours of live discussion each month.
Our goal is to create a product that you spend your days watching/listening to, while surfing Orangebloods, driving in your cars to work or working out in the gym.
These are changes we are incredibly excited about and for those that enjoy the Youtube videos that we do, our goal is to make for an elevated experience. Our passion is to create a daily experience for you that gives you non-stop live Texas football discussion from voices you want to hear from throughout each day.
