Horns247 is reporting Oklahoma receivers coach Dennis Simmons could be a candidate for the wide receivers job. He played college football with Steve Sarkisian at BYU and also coached at Texas Tech under Mike Leach, and at Washington State under Leach. I don't think it will happen, but it would be a good hire, and could hurt Oklahoma. If I'm correct, Simmons was at OU before Lincoln Riley became offensive coordinator.
