This might sound stupid, but I have an idea:
As many probably know, Arch Manning announced earlier this year he would not be in the upcoming college football game, NCAA 25.
People ridiculed him all over the internet for being full of himself or thinking he's too big to put in the game, etc. Only later did we find out that Quinn Ewers would be on the cover.
Arch's true intention seems to be he didn't want to possibly upstage Quinn. Which sounds ridiculous for a college backup, and I think opting out of the game backfired on him, but it seems to me he had good intentions.
