Is Perrin's lack of expierence here coming in to play? I mean ovbiously he's been a very successful professional but he's new to the AD gig and this is his first coaching hire. Also fair or not I think he tends to be viewed as a short term fit for the job. Wonder if that's coming in to play when trying to lure these big names to Texas
