I am a 69 year old male in fairly good health but CT scan shows a "Total Agatston Score" of 874 which places me in roughly the 85th percentile as far as plaque build up. Apparently the left descending artery shows the most build up. This score is worse than 2 previous scores in past 10 years.
My GP wants me to do a stress test. I would like to see a top notch, but conservative (not prone to extensive testing or doing stents) Cardiologist.
Any recommendations appreciated.
