Austin vs Baton Rouge

Someone please explain the appeal of that city/campus. (Baton Rouge)

I've been to an LSU game, I've driven through the town numerous times. It just looks and feels like a dirty trash ass city.

I know that LSU coeds are very hot but besides that how can Texas not win the head to head on recruiting battles 80% of the time.
