Australia - great barrier reef

Heading to Oz in a month and planning to take the family on a snorkeling day trip in Cairns. Anyone have any suggestions on a particular company or trip? All our experience is from a long time ago so not really relevant anymore.
For context, wife and I are certified divers but kids or pretty inexperienced (15 and 11). Cheers
