I am now hearing from some of my more "reasonable" Baylor friends that they have already signed a "contract" with Tom Herman.

The story goes... if he signs a contract with anyone other than Baylor or UH, than he (or his new employer) will have to pay Baylor several million $.

I think my insane laughter made them uncomfortable.
