Ok guys, I will do my best to accommodate so that we have maximum turnout.
Please not only answer the poll, but dates you will be in Houston for those traveling to Houston for work or just to make this event.
I'm thinking of say 4:30 to whenever everyone wants to depart on whichever day we have it.
If you are coming from out of town I have room for someone to stay in our guest room to help with travel expense.
I'm not much on rules, but if you get to the point you cannot drive we have an office policy of calling you an Uber or I can drive you home and you can leave your car here.
I'm open to suggestions on anything to make this a fun event - please help by providing feedback on this post.
