Kansas State or Oklahoma State? Rules say head to head wins out but if 3 teams or more same losses head to head doesn't matter goes by similar teams faced? I'm confused.

Realistic 3 teams in Kansas state oklahoma state oklahoma have a chance. I'm not including iowa state* I'm factoring in Texas wins out
