Not so sure I agree with all of this mess about some of the teams listed.
Michigan- Will be better than you think
Auburn- Will be better than you think
Texas- We will see what happens when they play good teams after Notre Dame film. I think they have a tremendous shot at winning conference because there aren't many good teams in the conference.
Georgia- I have no idea. Thinking they will get better as season goes.
Florida St- I think is really good and will be a playoff team.
My prediction for playoff teams: Alabama, Florida St, Ohio St, and wildcard between Texas, Clemson, or Houston
Conferences:
SEC hasn't looked great but they are still going to be better than others in the end.
Big 10 second...could be 1st

WeAreTexas, I think Buechele has all the makings of being a really good qb which will help your offense out tremendously but I just noticed that your D is still ranked lower tier with a ranking of 106th after 2 weeks. Now a lot can happen and it's still early but your D finished ranked 107th last year and Bedford still looks shaky and you haven't even hit the meat of your schedule. So while I do believe Buechele and Gilbert can help out, your D needs to get shored up to build on this early season success in my opinion.![]()

Texas also tops the Big 12 power ranking. What happened to sooner fans updating on these polls, as they were doing, before the season started? Well, I'll do it.

I don't have a good read on us this year. I do think our defense is significantly better, but I'm not sold on our offense...specifically Trevor Knight. I think our running game is better. I think this weekend will tell a lot about A&M because I do think Auburn is a pretty good team this year. That SEC wasn't about A&M, it was about the conference. Texas doesn't represent the entire conference, hence that is why I put that conference lower because there aren't that many good teams there. In fact you have to say Texas looks good, OU is still a mystery and everyone else is just ok to bad.Well I know one thing the SEC may end up the number one conference again but you aggies won't make any meaningful contribution to it.
You need to know her name if you get lucky.LOL... I didnt even stop to wonder if she had a name..... i was dumbstruck... loss of blood flow to the brain I guess.. but the better question is - Does it matter WHO it is as long as they look and dress like that? lmao

Bedford had the #1 defense in the Big 12, in 2014, so I know he has the ability to get us back on top. I don't like our 3 man front, because we don't the players to succeed in a 3 man front, FOR NOW (expect that to change, by next year); but other than that, I'm not concerned.
You say we haven't got into the meat of our schedule, but Notre Dame may be the best team we play all year. I'm surely not worried about OU's watered down OL and secondary, that got abused by Houston. I think Bedford will do well against OU, again. I think Baylor and Tech are going to put up points, but I'm not concerned with the rest of the Big 12. Like 2014, Bedford will once again, have the Texas defense, at the top of the Big 12.

Do you think it would be accurate to say that Bedford benefitted by inheriting Mack's recruited talent and has not recruited as well since he has been here? Or is it more scheme? Most people think both.
I think OU scores more than 7, but I still don't think it is close. Currently the line is Ohio State -1.5. I think Ohio State covers and then some. And I'll tell you what else about the Big XII. I have zero faith in our other non con games this week. I think well win at Cal on Saturday. And I think WV should beat BYU next Saturday. But I have zero faith in the sooner state. I'm even giving SMU a decent shot at beating TCU next week.
I said last week that OSU was a mediocre team last year. If they can't finish the job against somebody like Central Michigan, they won't get it done against Pitt even though the game is in Stillwater.
As for OK. Actually OK probably has a good defense. But no go to receivers means no win against the buckeyes. No go to receivers means their defense can unload on Samaje Perine and the women beater. And speaking of Joe Mixon this kid was supposed to be a 5* recruit the crown jewel of their recruiting class. That's probably the only reason they brought him back. But I've watched him for two years and he hasn't shown me anything. I think their defense will hold them off for a half but their offensive ineptitude will do them in. The worst loss of the Stoops era was their nc loss to Southern Cal, 36 points. Urban Meyer has built a monster at tOSU, they don't rebuild, they reload. If i'm wrong I will gladly man up I still want to see the Big XII do something. But I don't think it's going to happen. The worst loss of the Stoops era

Mykel Jones. Remember that name OUinCali. You will be seeing the back of his jersey quite often as he's headed to the endzone, starting this weekend. And I'll tell you what else about the Big XII.
