Texas fans don't make excuses when our team doesn't win or it underachieves. That's aggy fans MO - "next year is our year", "we played them tougher than anyone else did, but lost", "we didn't lose, we just ran out of time", etc. Texas' program and fans have higher expectations than a&m's program and fans do, which is why there are different reactions when things don't go as planned.

Not to mention that aggsy have been talking about how well rounded their class is compared to Texas, that must mean you shouldn't have more than 2 losses next year.

Isn't it the case that every school's fans -- except the winner's that year -- say, "(I hope) next year is our year"? We all do that. I haven't seen that Aggies are any different from Longhorns in that regard.

Even if you meant that they predict it every year, every school has idiot fans. Sure, Ags have a wealth of those. But that's an easy criticism to make -- just pick something that the dumbest Aggie (or Longhorn) will say, and critique the entire school based on that.
