Talked to a couple different people today and my confidence on Bijan Robinson is higher than it's been in a while.
From what I was just able to gather, the confidence in Texas being the pick is growing. I was told Ohio State "is hopeful but realistic that it's probably not happening." There continues to be sporadic USC buzz, but that one would surprise me after talking to Bijan last month, and it would surprise one USC source I talked to (who also thought it would be Texas, btw).
As I've said, Bijan is playing it very close to the vest so there won't be any official word given from him behind the scenes (not to me, anyway), but one source I fully trust just gave me reason to believe Texas will be the pick barring a last-minute change. Still nothing "concrete," but I'm feeling confident enough to put my futurecast pick in for Texas after picking up a few clues today.
Of note, I'm expecting more good news to come soon in addition to some of the announcements that have been publicly scheduled. Stay tuned on that one.
