Blackstone Griddle/Grill

Just picked one up over the weekend. I know what I want to use it for, but just curious what some of you guys do on yours.
I plan to use it in conjunction with my RecTec and plain old Weber grill.
Any recipes or specialties you guys enjoy making on Blackstone?
