Was never a fan of this dude but his story is interesting. He cheated and won 3 NCs whereas our legend won the same amount of NC’s without cheating and uneven playing field with his hands tied.
But he sure is a colorful personality. He also gave opportunities and helped African American players when it was not a norm. Have to give him that. Some of my perception of him has changed in a positive manner.
