KU fans want Beaty and the AD out bad. KU just started a huge(for them) renovation of memorial stadium. They need to keep the fundraisers happy. So they’ll probably make the move regardless of the finish to the season.
As far as him possibly ending up on Herman’s staff. Reports around here( I live in Kansas City)are when KU gave him a raise an extension last December http://www.kansascity.com/sports/college/big-12/university-of-kansas/article120464853.html it was because Herman was trying to get Beaty to leave KU to be the OC at UT. I don’t know if that’s true but it adds up. He had a recored of 2-22 at the time. Doubt other schools were after him as a HC. But the timing suggest maybe there was an offer of some type on the table he was considering. So I wouldn’t be surprised if he ended up here. It may not be working out as a HC but he’s a heck of an in State recruiter and quality assistant.

I really believe Matt Rhule is a good coach and will get the job done at Baylor. People talk about Tom Herman having to change the culture at Texas. Man it ain't nowhere near as bad as what Rhule has to do.
