We have spent some lovely summers in western Canada, the Calgary/Vancouver area. We were headed back there next week but just got notified of trip cancellation due to fires. They estimate about 1/3 of Jasper has burned down and damage in Lake Louise town, too. A really bummer as we wearer looking forward to nice cool weather
