Only 20.6 million viewers for TEXAS v tOSU while ND v Pedo state was only 17 million viewers

Last year's Rose Bowl rating was 27 million viewers while this year was still the top ranked game but fell to 21 million viewers.

Playing Thursday and Friday nights clearly did not help, not good nights for TV.
