Last week my first pup, Layla passed away. She was a lab/pit mix who lived to almost 13. I had bought a bag of food a couple of weeks and asked Chewy if I can return it since she passed.
They went ahead and gave me a full refund and told me to donate the food. Wow, that's pretty awesome.
Then, I received an unexpected package with a dozen roses with vase from them today.
This blew me away! I wouldn't have thought a corporation would do this in this day and age.
Realtors do this stuff all the time but we are our own business.
Anyways, Chewy is good.
