Yurcich is a top 5 OC as well. He has been hindered by Herman. Herman "directs" the playcalling while the defense is on the field. I think Yurcich is a quality OC and would be someone to retain. Herb Hand on the other hand (pun intended) is worthless.

Yep honestly if it was Urban meyer that came in I would not be shocked to see him keep everyone but Herb Hand
