I think if ya hire a new coach that and he's winning where he is big time , then he must bring the entire staff with for the job, a complete deal..instead of hiring a new one when he gets here, plus hold him accountable , if one asst goes bad then hes gone too..a complete pkg, you would see more coaches picking winning assts then and having less BS of hiring asst
