Since bourbon, scotch and just about everything else has its own thread, I figured I'd start one for cognac & armagnac. I was introduced to it about 8 years ago and have been hooked ever since. Though it's a niche drink (relative to bourbon, etc), I figured it'd be cool to start a thread and share our respective favorites. These are mine (in order):
