Cotton Bowl or Orange Bowl for our side of the bracket?

Trying to confirm where UT and Oregon (assuming they advance to the Semi's) would meet. The Cotton Bowl website says that it would host the Peach and Rose bowl winners. Which hypothetically would be UT and Oregon. But I seem to remember something about the top ranked team getting to pick their semifinal bowl (Cotton or Orange) destination.

Does this ring a bell with anyone else?
