This is probably an overly simplistic approach, but with all the wrangling about what was actually said on the call. Words seem to be fairly important in disseminating this document.
What if the transcript was used by each witness, using a high liter, and a red pen to show what words were not on the call, and insert which words were on the call. This should be easily done by the Colonel and any other highly intelligent person listening on the call.
