Cutting the cord/DVR'ing Texas Football??

I'm thinking of cutting the Spectrum cable cord but am wondering how I can tape our games in the Fall if I do so. Is there a way to do this?? It's literally the only thing keeping me from getting rid of cable. I just like the flexibility of watching the games after the fact if I have family obligations like kiddo's soccer games etc...

Any help is appreciated. Hook 'em!
