Try watching Mr. Thorton in "Goliath". He is just as good and the Prime Video series is a toss-up with "Landman" as to how good it is!

Goliath was too hard to understand and weird especially the last 2 seasons. I liked the first season, the second season was too violent, I did like BBT and the supporting cast was good. But imo Landman was better.

Fallout is on Prime. It’s weird and violent nature is because it’s based on a video game (a series of games, actually) and Nolan did an excellent job translating it to the screen. It’s the only show I can think of that most fans liked a show based off a game and were actually impressed.
Fallout is one of my all-time favorite games. They have all sort of Easter eggs, pop culture references, and weird shit the creators just came up with wrapped into the games. The show is no different.
I never thought she was anything special when it came to looks. But in landman she's downright sexy and I've never seen her so wild 😊

Well Galaga was amusing.....but real gaming abilities were judged by Defender......at least in my pre-historic day.....
And let's not forget Kayla Wallace who plays a lawyer on landman. I've had a crush on her since she's been on when calls the heart. And yes I was watch Hallmark especially wcth. She's such a wholesome character in that show and here she's a foul mouth, abrasive, in your face character. It's fun watching her.

Yes, but the percentage has dropped significantly. If your company has a questionable safety score or overly high to insure, the big boys (shell, exxon, conoco ect...) will not contract you.
The outlaw days are mostly in the movies now.
At one point- Shell and Conoco would check your trucks as you came onto the lease and if they saw ANY fluids at all, they'd deny you access. Didn't matter if it was your damn F150 King ranch and you were the company man- out you go.

My wife asked me if the show was what it’s like. Told her it’s what it was like when I started 30 years ago but set in modern times. The episode with the blowout turned me off to the show. I’ve had to make that visit to family members after an accident. Don’t need a reminder. I’ll never forget it.
By blowout are you taking about when it blew up and those 3 guys burned instantly?
